Loco Moco
I am a local and wanted to try this dish which did not disappoint. The hamburger patty was obviously fresh made, the OE eggs was exactly that, the onions were plentiful and the gravy was very fresh tasting. This local liked Marco's Loco Moco!
Classic Caesar Salad
When a restaurant has the resiliency to remain in business for 30 years it is easy to say they do things right. The best Caesar Salad anywhere, and the grilled veggie sandwich is excellent.
French Onion Soup

Seafood Pasta
The fish, shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly! I typically go for red sauces, but this white creamy sauce pulled it all together perfectly. Delicious! I would order this dish again.

French Dip Sandwich
Absolutely the best lunch! The beef is not only plentiful, but juicy and flavorful. I really enjoy the au jus to dip into. I like to take half of it home for my dinner or late night snack. Can't go wrong with this one!
The Blue Cheese Salad
We have been traveling to Maui at least annually for over 20 years - and the first place we stop after our morning flight is Marco's! - to have a nice lunch - and taste those fresh tomatoes and Maui onions in our perennial favorite Blue Cheese Salad. Thank you for that delicious entree!
Grilled Veggie Sandwich
This sandwich is delicious! The perfectly grilled vegetables with Swiss cheese is a winning combination. I truly enjoyed the side of pasta salad as well. New favorite dish!
Steak & Eggs
This is my go-to breakfast spot for any special occasions. I've came here for anniversaries, birthdays and date nights and they never disappointed us! My favorite dish for breakfast and dinner is definitely their steak and the tiramisu has got to be the best on maui!
Create Your Own Omelet
Coffee is excellent. Omelettes are generous and not overcooked. Good ranch fried potatoes. The rye toast is also good. Our go to breakfast place.
